Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality Group / Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) Limited (“JLL”) has been retained by Fah Lamai Co., Ltd (the “Owner”) on a sole and exclusive basis to offer for sale the Buddy Oriental Samui Beach Resort (the “Property” or the “Resort”).

The Resort is situated in a prominent location nearby the world renowned Chaweng Bay along Lamai Beach, Koh Samui. Lamai Beach, located approximately 15 kilometers or 25 minutes from Samui International Airport, is widely recognized for its relaxed and peaceful vibe, while offering a wide range of restaurants, spas and entertainment venues.

The 133-key Property, one of the largest hotel assets on Koh Samui, is situated on approximately 10 rai of freehold land featuring a beachfront plot of approximately 2.5 rai and a main land plot of over seven rai. The beachfront plot features an oceanfront swimming pool, beach bar, restaurant, seminar rooms and an owner’s residence, all enjoying over 80 meters of absolute beachfront. The colonial style hotel, situated on the main land plot, is built in a U-shape around a central courtyard with retail shops on the ground floor and guestrooms above. The retail plaza, also situated on the main land plot, features approximately 2,000 square metres of net lettable area accessible via covered walkways. Most of the retail component is currently Owner-operated and features a wide range of outlets including clothing and accessories, food and beverage, spa, and supermarket, amongst others. Most of the retail outlets have been fitted out to high standards, offering an incoming investor an opportunity to easily secure tenants who can immediately assume operations. Alternatively, the Owner is open to remain as a tenant over the entire retail plaza.
